A: Video length is between 40 and 60 seconds.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Please allow up to 2 to 4 business days for delivery of your order.
Q: How do I get the video?
A: Your completed video will be emailed to you in HD quality MP4 format.
Also keep an eye on your spam folder.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Currently you can use the following payment methods: Stripe, VISA, Master, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cryptocurrency
Some payment methods will be added in the future.
Q: Can I change my order details after submitting?
A: If you have completed the order, you can send us an email. Be sure to include your order number!
